We currently have 2 standard packages for our maintenance contract. However we can be flexible to make adjustments to meet your requirements.
Monthly Maintenance Contract
This contract is for companies who needs their computer to be operational all the time, and if there is a problem we will be able to rectify the problem efficiently with minimal down-time (on average about 2hrs). We visit our clients once a month to perform preventive maintenance as well as backup procedures which will minimize down-time should the computer breaks down.
In this contract, we perform the following services:
- 4hrs response time during office hours
- unlimited onsite support
- unlimited telephone support
- service coverage (cloning, backup data, update anti-virus, windows update, scan for virus and spyware, defrag hard disk drive, and maintain network equipments)
Annual Maintenance Contract (Service Units)
This contract is cost-effective as it will significantly reduce the annual costs of computer maintenance. The units will be deducted each time we attend a service call. Each service unit costs lesser compared with our usual charges.
In this contract, we perform the following services:
- 4hrs response time during office hours
- onsite support, based on service units
- 1 service unit=1 computer, or 1 service unit = 1hour
- unlimited telephone support
